Fedora: gdb-6.1post-1.20040607.43 update
Summary
GDB, the GNU debugger, allows you to debug programs written in C, C++,
and other languages, by executing them in a controlled fashion and
printing their data.
#136455 workaround to prevent gdb from failing and getting stuck when
hitting certain DWARF-2 symbols.

- Hack around broken PT_FPSCR defined in headers.
- Import latest s390 fixes.
- Disable sigstep.exp - s390 has problems.
- Use PC's symtab when looking for a symbol.
